THE FOURTH CONSTRUCTION PHASE – AFTER 1918

The realization of this construction phase based on a comparison with the land-based agenda may be attributed to the owners of the building, which should be Emil Roth and Tamcsányi Margit at that time. 

The construction phase is in fact the maintenance and basically solves the most serious problem, which according to our findings is a static. Its causes need to be found in the period of II. construction phase of 1742, when the house was extended by another residential floor. The extension was realized by the way of embedding the support system of vaults on the brick interlocking strips, which were not sufficiently anchored to the front eastern facade.
